When you take a class with me, the focus is inward – more on how it feels and less on how it looks. A space of encouragement, everyone is celebrated and welcome. 

Whether you are new to exercise or a fitness enthusiast, busy on-the-go or have an amazing gym set up and routine, my classes will help you feel aligned, energized and connected to your mind and body. Whether I’m teaching an energizing barre class, an upbeat cardio workout, leading a relaxing stretch or instructing a dance class, the emphasis is on technique, form and breath, so you can feel strongcapable, and confident in your movement journey.

The Digital Studio 

Welcome to the Flex Room — by definition, “a space that can be customized and used for numerous functions”. Here, you’ll learn different approaches to exercise and movement, be encouraged to listen to your body to work with your capacity, and be offered modifications and progression options for moving at your comfort level and pace. 

The digital studio consists of three libraries full of small-space friendly exercise, stretch and dance videos that you can access at any time from anywhere (literally all of my classes are taught in a space the size of my yoga mat in my 600 sq ft apartment, so whether you’re in the hotel room or shuffling your coffee table out of the way to workout, I gotchu)

Classes are of varying lengths (10-45 minutes) and a range of focuses (stretching, foam rolling, dance cardio, HIIT, ballet, weight-training and body-weight exercises) so no matter your mood, there’s a class for you.

Inspired by movements from dance, pilates and barre, classes consists of thoughtfully curated bodyweight, conditioning, and strength-training exercises that flows together to focus and reconnect your mind and body

SWEAT

 A variety of heart-pumping, high-energy workouts with low- and high-intensity options like HIIT training, cardio dance, and no-jumping cardio that will energize the body and boost your mood

RECOVER

relax. stretch. restore

A library dedicated to mindful breathing and purposeful movements. Sequences of body-opening stretches and poses help prevent injury, decrease stress and relieve tension for a calmer day
