Welcome to the Flex Room — by definition, “a space that can be customized and used for numerous functions”. Here, you’ll learn different approaches to exercise and movement, be encouraged to listen to your body to work with your capacity, and be offered modifications and progression options for moving at your comfort level and pace.
The digital studio consists of three libraries full of small-space friendly exercise, stretch and dance videos that you can access at any time from anywhere (literally all of my classes are taught in a space the size of my yoga mat in my 600 sq ft apartment, so whether you’re in the hotel room or shuffling your coffee table out of the way to workout, I gotchu).
Classes are of varying lengths (10-45 minutes) and a range of focuses (stretching, foam rolling, dance cardio, HIIT, ballet, weight-training and body-weight exercises) so no matter your mood, there’s a class for you.
