Inspired by pilates, barre and yoga, the class is a refreshing series of mat-based exercises that flow together. A standing full body mobility warm up smoothly progress to stability-building exercises for the upper and lower body, and gradually transitions into mat floor work to get into a nice, long stretch. Suitable for all levels; just bring water and a mat or towel. After-class refreshments will be provided!
To keep the size of our group intimate, only 10 spots will be available in each class.
