Maybe you’re back in school, returning to the office, or looking for a way to stay energized when it gets dark at 5pm.
Move + Sweat is an energizing and uplifting beat-based class. Equal parts cardio and strength-training, all levels are welcome. Options for high/low-intensity and high/low-impact movements will be given.
Have some light handheld weights with you (if you don’t have weights, canned food or water bottles work great as weights!) and roll out your yoga mat.
